Founded in 2007, Acthus Capital Corporate Advisory advises small to mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, MBO, financial restructurings, equity capital, change management, turnaround strategy and restructuring.
We are selective in taking on engagements, and focus on transactions where we believe our expertise can maximize outcomes.

Acthus Capital invest in real estate to improve diversification. These investments include both listed and unlisted real estate in select markets.
We invest in residential, office, retail properties, and in logistics properties.
Our main focus is on projects with reduced price risk, stable cash flows and limited risk to the investment.
We are happy to consider properties that deviate from our purchase criteria if there is particular potential for us to provide added value.
Target size of investment: €1 to 10M in real estate.
