EQUITY INVESTMENTS

Acthus Capital Investments invest in minority ownership positions in undervalued listed companies in Europe.
 
We invest with a long-term perspective in sound companies, and also on early-stage startups with breakthrough solutions.

Investment Criteria: 
Type: Businesses which have a track record of generating attractive returns on invested capital .

Sectors: Biopharma, Pharma Services, Healthcare, Industrial, Energy, Financial, Technology, Media & Telecom, Consumer.
 
Target size of investment: €0,5–5M in private equity

Target Area: We focus on the European market.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

Acthus Capital invest in real estate to improve diversification. These investments include both listed and unlisted real estate in select markets.
 
We invest in residential, office, retail properties, and in logistics properties. 

Our main focus is on projects with reduced price risk, stable cash flows and limited risk to the investment. 

We are happy to consider properties that deviate from our purchase criteria if there is particular potential for us to provide added value.

Target size of investment: €1 to 10M in real estate.
